The immediate past Delta State Commissioner, Mr. Hafiz Mohammad has been appointed as the new Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG), in charge of Zone 13 Ukpo, Anambra.
The new AIG, resumes following the promotion and appointment of his predecessor, as Deputy Inspector General of police in charge of Training and Research Development, Force Headquarters Abuja.
In his brief interview with Journalists, shortly after the handover ceremony, amid COVID-19 protocols, at the 13 Zonal Headquarters Ukpo, along Enugu-Onitsha expressway, Mr. Hafiz Muhammad, assured the people of Anambra, Enugu and Ebonyi state of his readiness to combat crime to its barest minimum.
The new AIG was among the recently promoted Assistant Inspector General of Police in the country and has resumed duty.
