Anambra State Governor Lauds Archbishop Okeke’s Commitment To Unity

The Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has celebrated Archbishop Valerian Okeke of the Onitsha Ecclesiastical Province for his unwavering commitment to promoting unity, peace, and justice within the state and beyond.

In a heartfelt message marking the Archbishop’s 71st birthday, Governor Soludo praised Okeke for his compassion and selfless dedication to community service, describing him as an exemplary figure for all to emulate.

He offered prayers for the Archbishop’s continued health and longevity in his mission to serve both God and humanity.

Taking to his verified social media account, Archbishop Okeke expressed gratitude for the many blessings he has received throughout his life.

He said; “Thanksgiving is the feeling of thankfulness for something good we have received from God. Today, as I celebrate my 71st birthday, I give thanks for the gift of life and the myriad blessings.”

The Archbishop urged everyone to participate actively in the mission of evangelization, emphasizing the collective responsibility to spread Christ’s message.

He extended his love to inmates in the state, where he donated gifts to them including food stuffs to celebrate his birthday.
