The All Progressives Congress (APC) has extended its condolences to Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo of Kogi State following the death of his father, Alhaji Ahmed Momohsani Ododo, at the age of 83.
The National Publicity Secretary of the party, Mr. Felix Morka, in a statement, said the late Alhaji Ododo was a respected community leader in the Upogoro community of Okene Local Government Area, leaving a lasting impact on his family, community, and the Ebira nation.
The late patriarch of the Ododo family lived a fulfilled life that touched the lives and hearts of many within and outside his family and community.
The amiable and exemplary character of Governor Ododo is a clear testament to the wholesome nurturing and mentoring the late Alhaji Ododo bequeathed to his son and other children. Mr. Morka said.
Speaking further, he said, “We pray Almighty Allah (SWT) to grant the late Alhaji Ododo Al-Jannah Firdaus and comfort the family he has left behind at this difficult time.”
