APC Presidential Flag-bearer Commissions Campaign Offices in Kano State

The ancient commercial city of Kano State North Western Nigeria was agog on Saturday as the All Progressive Congress, APC, Presidential Candidate, Bola Tinubu arrived in the State to commission Campaign offices.

Tinubu arrived in Kano for the two days event in his private Jet, a day after unveiling his presidential manifestos titled “Renewed Hope” in Abuja.

He was received by a tumultuous crowd of supporters and friends at the domestic wing of the Aminu Kano International Airport alongside the State Governor, Dr Umar Ganduje, Jigawa State, Abubakar Badaru and Bello Matawale of Zamfara.

Outside the Airport, Tinubu was received by a large crowd which lined the streets. The movement was laced with musical and dancing groups while many more carried placards depicting messages of solidarity in English and Hausa language.

He commissioned his presidential Campaign office located along Audo Bako way, the Kano APC Governorship candidate Campaign Coordinating Office and the Kano State APC Campaign Council Office along club road respectively.

He also commissioned the Kannywood Office in the state capital, and later treated to a dinner with members of the Kano business community.

According to the itinerary, he will pay a courtesy call on the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Bayero on Sunday and hold an audience with the Emir of Gaya,  Rano, Bichi and Karaye.

The APC Flag-bearer will equally hold interactive sessions with members of the Tijjaniyya sect, Kadriyya Movement, Ahlus Sunna, Christian Association of Nigeria leadership and APC support groups in the state, among other functions.
