Full text of the message reads:
“My fellow Oyi na Ayamelum compatriots, it is with a profound gratitude and immeasurable concern that I stand before you to demonstrate my sincere appreciation for making this project of sending me to the green chambers of the National Assembly, a realism.
“It is not by my might neither is it by my power that I was returned elected; it is the collective efforts and bulldozing support of you all alongside the will of God that brought me this far therefore, I dedicate this win to God almighty and the ever patriotic people of Oyi na Ayamelum. From me to you, thank you, thank you.
Fellow constituents, it’ll interest you all to know that to whom much is given, much is expected and to buttress this saying, expectations are high and one pertinent thing I can assure you is that we will never let you down; we must get back to demonstrating those things we carefully arranged as our manifesto prior to electing us as your lawmakers. We will never derail from the course of our power ascendancy. We must jealously guide and guard our blueprints which led us to the corridors of power part of which includes, proposing impactful legislation which will be in tandem with the provision of basic amenities for an average Onye Oyi na Ayamelum and by extension, Nigerians.
“To my brothers who wrestled with me during the election, it is time to bury the hatchet and be more patriotic than we have been individualistic for the sole aim of moving our darling federal constituency forward. We must be aware that politics aside, we are still brothers and sisters and equally own our federal constituency. For our constituency to move forward, all hands must be on deck irrespective of political party affiliation or differences. Oyi na Ayamelum federal constituency interest must therefore, supersede every individualistic interest for an even development.
“Trust is the most expensive currency, and I have freely received it from the good People of Oyi/Ayamelum.
“For trusting in my clear visions and ability to get the job done against the most formidable opposition, I am saying a big THANK YOU.
“My victory is your victory, Together we win.
“I am confident that your involvement will be worthwhile in our political course.
I delightfully appreciate the level of commitment to rebuilding a better tomorrow for our good people of Oyi/Ayamelum constituency.
“I pledge my unwavering commitment to excellence in delivery at all levels.
“My door is wide open to accept constructive criticism and also align with the critical stakeholders of this noble constituency for a robust legislative impact on our people.
“Once again, thank you all for demonstrating this uncommon love at the ballot.”
