The Catholic Archbishop of Onitsha and Metropolitan of the Onitsha Ecclesiastical Province, His Grace, Most Rev. Dr. Valerian Maduka Okeke, is set to host the much-anticipated “Faithspiration Night of Praise, Worship, and Mega Empowerment” at St. Joseph Square, St. Joseph Catholic Church, Awka Etiti, in Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State. The event is scheduled for Friday, January 3, 2025, and is themed “Walking in Dominion: Marching into Greatness.”

In a statement released on Monday by Fr. (Dr.) George Ebere Adimike, the founder of Faithspiration Initiative, it was revealed that the initiative will provide financial support to 35 entrepreneurs, each receiving N500,000 during the event. This follows the success of a previous gathering in November, where 25 youths were empowered with N300,000 each.

According to Fr. Adimke, “leading up to the main event, an empowerment program will be held on December 27, 2024, benefiting 200 families from Awka Etiti.”

Founded by Rev. Fr. (Dr.) George Ebere Adimike, who also serves as the Director of Social Communications for the Onitsha Archdiocese and Press Secretary to the Archbishop, Faithspiration Initiative is a non-profit organization dedicated to drawing young people closer to God while addressing the growing challenges to the Christian faith.

“Through its programs, the initiative fosters faith-based human development, leadership, and youth entrepreneurship, providing a vibrant platform for spiritual and personal growth.

“The event will feature a lineup of prominent personalities and entertainers including comedians Sir One on One, Albino Brothers, Igwe White, and gospel artist Mirabel Chisom. Additionally, spiritual ministers Rev. Frs. John Bosco Igwe and Alexander Chimebuka Ezeh will deliver inspirational messages, promising a transformative experience for attendees.

“The “Faithspiration Night” is proudly sponsored by the Lucky Chinedu Adimike Foundation.
“This year’s Faithspiration event promises to be a dynamic experience centered around Empowerment, Evangelization, and Entertainment (the three E’s), aligning with the initiative’s tripartite slogan: Inspire, Christify, and Flourish, Fr. Adimike added.
