Mediation helps to maintain relationships over time, he added.

General Wahab emphasised that people should build trust and that is the essence of friendship.

The President and Founder, of Mediation Institute, Mr. Segun Ogunyannwo says conflict is inevitable in offices, agencies and even at home and as such, one should know how to handle it properly.

Mr. Ogunyannwo said that “there is a need for people to know how to manage conflict to build and sustain relationships in their domains”.

He noted that when fifty people take a step in this direction of living in peace, it goes a long way to reduce conflict in society.

Highlights of the events were given the forty-nine participant certificates.
