Army Public Relations School Inaugurates 2024 First Quarter Courses

The Nigerian Army School of Public Relations and Information (NASPRI), has inaugurated the 1st Quarter Courses 2024 comprising of Young Officers’ Course A3 Photography and A3 Video Operations Courses.

The Acting Commandant, Nigerian Army School of Public Relations and Information, Lieutenant Colonel Adamu Ngulde inaugurated the 1st Quarter Courses 2024 at the school auditorium in Muhammadu Buhari Cantonment Giri, Abuja.

While expressing satisfaction over the improved standard of training in the school Lieutenant Colonel Ngulde urged the students to seize the opportunity to acquire the much desired knowledge on the basics of Public Relations. He further cautioned them on the negative usage of Social Media by personnel.

Lieutenant Colonel Ngulde also said the school will continue to sensitize students on Defence Social Media Policies.
He expressed appreciation to the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant General Taoreed Lagbaja for his commitment to the Directorate and NASPRI which has placed them in better position to discharge it’s functions without any form of hindrance.

He also appreciated the Chief of Naval Staff (CNS), Vice Admiral Emmanuel Ogalla for continuous subscription of NASPRI courses.

Earlier, the Acting Senior Instructor of the school, Captain Everest Ochienta implored the students to settle down and engage themselves with the academic task ahead as expectations are very huge.

He further reminded the students that extra curricular activities such as morning PT, evening games, 3.5 Km race and field training exercises code named Ex-Mulkin Kai and Ex-Commentary will come their way sooner than expected as academic requirement before graduation.

He equally expressed NASPRI’s readiness to deliver on its mandate of imparting the required knowledge in line with the COAS command philosophy “To Transform the Nigerian Army into a Well-trained, Equipped and Highly Motivated Force Towards Achieving Our Constitutional Responsibilities Within a Joint Environment”.
