Aviation Minister pledges to enhance transparency to grow the sector

Aviation and Aerospace Development Minister,  Festus Keyamo has resumed  duty after he was sworn-in by Nigeria’s President Bola Tinubu at the banquet hall of the Presidential villa,  in Abuja the Nation’s capital.
While Speaking at the Ministry, Festus Keyamo said, transparency, team work and selflessness would lead to the actualisation of the mandate given to him by the President in Aviation Sector.
Keyamo pledged to continue the projects that are yet to be completed  by the immediate past Minister of Aviation, Sen. Hadi Sirika as part of his mandate to ensure the development of the Aviation sector
The minister noted that Aviation industry under his leadership will achieve remarkable success, “I am people oriented, and my aim is to satisfy people,’’ Keyamo stated.

Speaking earlier on behalf of the Directors and staff of the Ministry, Permanent Secretary, Mr, Emmanuel Meribole expressed happiness and preparedness of the staff to work with the Minister.
“We know you are here to continue the good work of Mr President in the aviation sector and we assure you of our commitment to make sure we deliver our mandate.’’ 
Also, the Chairman of Aviation workers union, Mr, Hector Nnadi, in his brief remark expressed optimism that the Minister, following his track records and being a youth, full of energy, will perform well as the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace.
The Aviation and Aerospace Development Minister,  was the former Minister of State for Labour and Productivity during the government of the immediate past Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari.
