The Federal Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development and the Nigeria Air Force have agreed to a joint partnership to host the forthcoming Nigeria International Air Show, scheduled to take place in 2025.

This landmark decision was made during a courtesy visit by the Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar, to the Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo, at his office in Abuja.

During the visit, Air Marshal Hasan Abubakar revealed that the Nigerian Air Force had been independently planning its air show before he got wind of the ministry’s similar initiative.

Recognizing the immense potential of collaboration, the Air Chief thought of the partnership idea, realizing that a united approach would significantly enhance the event’s impact and reinforce its global appeal.
