Nigerian striker Taiwo Awoniyi will star with club side Union Berlin in a cracking local derby with Hertha Berlin.
The 24-year old has scored seven goals in eleven appearances in the Bundesliga, and would fancy his scoring chances.
In fact, Awoniyi has also found profit on the continent – scoring four goals and registering an assist.
Having been omitted from the Super Eagles last World Cup qualifiers, the €8 million rated Awoniyi will want to prove himself yet again to national team selectors.
City Tales
But this weekend, it will be a battle-royale as East meets West.
Union Berlin are based in East Berlin while their more affluent neighbours and hosts are West of the City.
It will be 90-minutes of non-stop attacking football at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei.
Only three points seperate Union (7th position) from Hertha (14th position) and anything can happen in this ‘Berlin Klassic.’
