In commemoration of this year’s Children’s Day celebration, President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday hosted some Nigerian children at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The event was a surprise package for the selected children, who were excited to meet with the number one citizen.
They took memorable photographs with the President and later cut a special Children’s Day cake with the Nigerian leader.
After their meeting with the President, the children were taken on a tour of specific locations within the State House.
There were no speeches at the event but the memory of this year’s children’s day will continue to linger on the minds of all participants.
