10th House of Reps: Chinda Emerges as Minority Leader

Rep. Kingsley Chinda of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Rivers State, has emerged as the Minority Leader of the 10th House of Representatives.

Chinda, who represents Obio/Akpor Federal Constituency of Rivers State, emerged as the leader at a meeting of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) caucus in Abuja on Friday.

This followed the withdrawal of Rep. Oluwole Oke (PDP-Osun State), who was his main contender, from the the race.

Rep. Ali Isah (PDP-Gombe State) also emerged as the Minority Whip of the 10th Assembly of the House.
