Nigeria has confirmed 357 new cases of the deadly coronavirus also known as COVID-19.
Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC confirmed the cases on Tuesday night via its official website.
The NCDC also noted that six COVID related deaths were recorded in the country
“The 357 new cases are reported from 12 states- Rivers(170), Ondo (38), Gombe (34), Ogun (20), Ekiti (20), FCT (18), Anambra (16), Oyo (13), Kwara (10), Imo (6), Bayelsa (6), Edo (6),” NCDC stated.
These latest figures bring the total number of confirmed cases to 183,444 with 167,459 discharged and 2229 deaths.
