Nigeria has confirmed 626 cases of the deadly coronavirus also known as COVID-19.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control NCDC confirmed the cases on Tuesday night via its official website.
The NCDC also noted that 14 COVID related deaths were recorded in the country
NCDC noted that the 626 new cases are reported from 10 States- “Lagos (334), Rivers (134), Oyo (60), FCT (41), Osun (20), Plateau (14), Ogun (9), Ekiti (7), Kwara (6), and Benue (1)“
These latest figures bring the total number of confirmed cases to 192,431 with 178,759 discharged and 2,469 deaths.
