On the 19th of September 2021, 168 new confirmed cases and 1 deaths were recorded in Nigeria.
This is according to the Nigerian Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) website.
Till date, 201798 cases have been confirmed, 190563 cases have been discharged and 2655 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
The 168 new cases are reported from 11 states-Lagos (75), Abia (26), Niger (20), FCT (15), Benue (8), Ogun (8), Osun (7), Edo (3), Kaduna (2), Kano (2), and Ondo (2).
A multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities.
