In a cricket match characterised by impressive individual performances and strategic play, Nigeria’s Female Yellow Greens secured a decisive victory over Rwanda by 32 runs in their Kwibuka Women’s T20i encounter in Rwanda.

Anointed Akhigbe who provided stability with a patient 24 runs off 41 balls alongside Lucky Piety played a crucial role, remaining unbeaten with a well-crafted 23 runs from 25 balls which ensured Nigeria set a challenging target for Rwanda.
Salome Sunday was the standout performer, smashing 29 runs off just 12 balls and displaying aggressive intent right from the moment she stepped in the crease.
