Deputy Speaker Hails Emeka Offor’s Contributions To National Development

The Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu has commended the vast influence of Sir Emeka Offor across key sectors of Nigeria’s economy, including oil and gas, power, logistics, and telecommunications.

 

In a congratulatory message marking Offor’s 66th birthday, Kalu lauded the philanthropist’s unwavering commitment on social impact, particularly through the Dr. Emeka Offor Foundation (SEOF).

 

He emphasised the foundation’s transformative role in education, healthcare, and youth empowerment, which has uplifted lives in Nigeria and beyond.

 

Recognising Offor’s dedication to national unity, Kalu recalled his pivotal support for the Peace in South East Project (PISE-P), an initiative launched in December 2023 to restore peace in the region through non-kinetic measures.

The Deputy Speaker wished Offor many more years of life, blessed with robust health, joy, and continued fulfillment.
