Eid Al-Fitr: Defence Ministry’s Permanent Secretary Urges Reflection, Unity

The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Defence, Dr. Ibrahim Kana, has underscored the importance of Eid Al-Fitr, describing it as an auspicious occasion for fostering unity, compassion, and renewed commitment to service among the ministry’s staff.
In a heartfelt Eid Al-Fitr message to all members of staff of the ministry, the Permanent Secretary emphasized the significance of the occasion, urging all to reflect gratitude and forgiveness.
“May the grace of Allah illuminate our paths, and may His blessings shower upon us abundantly. As we celebrate Eid Al-Fitr, let us reflect on our journey and seek forgiveness for our shortcomings. Wishing you and your loved ones a joyous and blessed Eid,” he said.
Dr. Kana equally emphasized the need for collective reflection on the challenges faced and the achievements made, while also expressing gratitude for the dedication and resilience demonstrated by the Ministry’s personnel.
He extended his best wishes to all staff members and their families, urging them to celebrate responsibly and in adherence to health and safety guidelines amidst the ongoing global challenges.
