The gains recorded on the equities market on Wednesday was sustained on Thursday as trading closed positive appreciating by 0.07%.
The all share index gained 55.80 points to close at 38,799.83 points compared to 38,744.03 on Wednesday while the market cap appreciated by N18 billion to close at N20.300 as against N20.282 on Wednesday.
Leading the gainers table for the day was Chiplc which gained 0.03k to close at N0.34k while Japaulgold gained 0.05k to close at N0.58k and Oando gained 0.16k to close at N3.26k
Royalex however lost N0.03k to close at N0.30k to top the losers chart while Jaizbank lost N0.02k to close N0.62k and Honeyflour lost N0.06k to close at N1.13k.
FBNH had the highest trade of 21,287 million shares worth N157.179 million and Guaranty traded N20,500 million shares worth N589,173.
