Espérance, Al Ahly Set For CAF Champions League Final
Espérance Sportive de Tunis and Al Ahly SC, the record holding and defending champions of the CAF Champions League, will meet in the first leg of the final on Saturday, 18th May in Tunis, Tunisia.
The first leg Final is scheduled to take place at the Stade Olympique de Rades at 19h00 GMT, ahead of next weekend’s return fixture in Cairo on Saturday, 25th May.
With defending Al Ahly looking to stretch its record to 12 titles, Espérance Sportive de Tunis are determined to bring to a halt what could be a five year wait to lifting an African title since its fourth CAF Champions League triumph in 2019.
