FIFA Qualifiers: Flamingoes arrive in Kinshasha ahead of Congo clash
The Flamingoes have arrived in Kinshasa ahead of the CAF Women’s U17 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against DR Congo.
The team touched down in the capital of DR Congo Saturday morning, ahead of Sunday’s first leg second round tie.
Bankole Olowookere led the 20 invited players for the game and they will be hoping to get a favourable result from the game.
The return leg is scheduled to hold at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City on Saturday, 19th March.
The winner of the two legs will clash with the Egyptian U17 girls in the third round of the African qualifying campaign next month.
