Fireboy DML graces cover of Vulkan magazine
Popular Nigerian musician Fireboy DML has stunned the cover of vulkan magazine.
He appeared on the cover of the international magazine, Vulkan to talk about his childhood and how he stumbled upon making music.
He talks about his rise to success and his first album ‘Laughter, tears and goosebumps’.
He sees afrobeats as a movement and expresses how glad and grateful he is to be part of the incessant rise in the afrobeats music industry.
“Afrobeats is my history, it represents where I am from.” He says.
He talks about how passionate he is about music and how it has given him a sense of purpose.
” I didn’t have a sense of direction. I didn’t have a purpose and music gave me that.”
The Afrobeats star stylishly graced the cover in designers including Bonnie Clyde, Zensai and Jean Baptiste Rautureau.
The musician who rose to fame in 2018 when he landed himself a record deal with the YBNL records, has since then left a mark in the industry. With variousĀ awards to his name, including several awards in the most recent headies. The musician is a force to reckon with and we look forward to more hit songs and seeing him on our screens.
