Gaza: Dozens Killed In Israeli Attack On Refugee Camp
Humanitarian groups have condemned Israel’s attack on Jabalia Refugee Camp saying the air raid should be a “wake-up call” to world leaders to secure a ceasefire in Gaza.
At least 100 Palestinians have been killed after Israel struck a densely populated neighbourhood in the Northern Gaza Strip, in what the Health Ministry has called “a heinous Israeli massacre”.
The Director of the Indonesian Hospital said many were killed and many others wounded in the attack; an Al Jazeera broadcast engineer lost 19 members of his family in the raid.
Palestinian telecommunications company Paltel has said communications and internet services have been cut across Gaza again.
Dozens of injured Palestinians will be allowed to leave the bombarded enclave on Wednesday via the Rafah crossing to seek treatment in Egyptian hospitals, according to the Border Agency in Gaza.
At least 8,525 Palestinians have been killed in Israeli attacks in Gaza since October 7.
