Google has unveiled ‘Bard Advanced,’ a state-of-the-art AI chatbot leveraging the cutting-edge Gemini Ultra architecture, showcasing the forefront of artificial intelligence technology.

‘Bard Advanced’ first came into the spotlight when developer Dylan Roussel hinted at its imminent release, revealing plans for its availability through a paid subscription model on Google One.

Roussel took to X, sharing the news that users could obtain three complimentary months of ‘Bard Advanced’ courtesy of Google One.

Highlighting its utilisation of Gemini Ultra, he disclosed, “Bard Advanced will utilise the immense power of Gemini Ultra.

Harnessing the formidable power of Gemini Ultra, the pinnacle of Google’s AI language model family, Bard Advanced not only excels in strength but also reaps several pivotal advantages from this cutting-edge technology.

Enhanced Comprehension: Bard Advanced can delve deeper into complex topics, grasp subtle nuances in language, and even follow multi-step instructions with ease.

Boosted Creativity: Bard Advanced can unleash its creative spark, generating poems, scripts, musical pieces, and even code upon request.

Fact-Checking Finesse: Bard Advanced leverages Google’s vast knowledge base to ensure its responses are grounded in truth, providing reliable information you can trust.

Although the feature remains under development, Roussel hinted at its potential, stating that users could “Explore different topics to see what you can do with Bard.”

Described as a “more capable large language model with advanced math and reasoning skills,” ‘Bard Advanced’ promises a sophisticated and multifaceted user experience.

Further substantiating this advancement, developer Bedros Pamboukian unveiled Google’s relentless pursuit of an “advanced” tier, solidifying the tech giant’s unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of AI innovation.

In a recent announcement, Google unveiled the accessibility of LLM Gemini Pro to both developers and enterprises, strategically aimed at fostering the creation of customized solutions for intricate tasks.

Moreover, the introduction of Google AI Studio, a complimentary web-based developer tool, streamlines prompt development and expedites API key acquisition for seamless application development.

Presently, developers enjoy complimentary access to Gemini Pro and Gemini Pro Vision through Google AI Studio, accommodating up to 60 requests per minute, thereby catering to diverse app development requirements.

Looking ahead, Google’s roadmap unfolds with the anticipated launch of Gemini Ultra in the early months of the upcoming year. Touted as their most robust model specifically designed for highly intricate tasks, its release will be preceded by meticulous fine-tuning, comprehensive safety evaluations, and invaluable insights garnered from trusted partners.

“Early next year, we’ll launch Gemini Ultra, our largest and most capable model for highly complex tasks, after further fine-tuning, safety testing and gathering valuable feedback from partners. We’ll also bring Gemini to more of our developer platforms like Chrome and Firebase,” Google said.
