Governor Makinde dissolves Disciplinary Committee, Park Management System

Barely an hour after making his first two appointments in his second term in office, Governor Seyi Makinde has announced the dissolution of the Disciplinary Committee of the Park Management System.
The Committee was headed by a former National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) boss, Mukaila Lamidi, popularly called Auxiliary.
The dissolution was announced by the newly appointed Chief of Staff to the Governor, Segun Ogunwuyi, who noted that the dissolution takes immediate effect.

The statement reads in part, “I have the directive of the Executive Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, to inform you of the dissolution of the Disciplinary Committee, Park Management System, with immediate effect from today, Monday, 29th May, 2023”.
