Governor Babagana Umara Zulum on Saturday evening paid a condolence visit to the families of Yarima Gimba over the death of their son and brother Mohammed Yarima Gimba age 52 who died after a brief illness on Tuesday 3rd of May 2023.
Zulum also visited the residence of late Sheikh Idrisa Kadi to condole the family over the death of Hajiya Fusam Kadi who died at the age of 98 after a brief illness. The governor prayed for the repose soul of the deceased.
Condolence visit
Similarly, the Governor was received by the Chief Imam of Borno Imam Laisu at the residences of Imam Ibrahim Ahmed to commiserate with the family over the demise of their son Zannah Ali Imam age 46 who also died after a brief illness. Imam Laisu prayed for the deceased soul and thank Governor Zulum on behalf of the family for the condolence visit.
Furthermore, Zulum stopped over at a proposed site for an Islamiyah school at Kofa biyu for inspection, Zulum assures a gathered group of his selfless commitment towards uplifting the state.
