The Catholic Priest of Abakaliki Diocese, Reverend Father Joseph Azubuike, alongside three others have been abducted by gunmen in Ebonyi State Southeast Nigeria.
This was contained by the statement issued by the Chancellor of the Diocese Reverend Father Mathew Opoke in Abakaliki the State Capital.
According to the Chancellor, the Reverend Father who was abducted is a parish priest of the Saint Charles parish Mgbaleze, Isu in Onicha Local Government Area of the State.
The Catholic Diocese seeks the prayers of the General public for the Unconditional Release of the Priest.
The Nigeria Police in the state are yet to respond to the abduction of the Priest and three others.
