In a statement on Thursday in Lagos, Baci announced that the online class would take place from Nov. 4 to Dec. 9, offering participants valuable culinary skills.
The class will cover an extensive curriculum featuring over 160 recipes, advanced plating techniques, costing and pricing strategies, and video editing skills. Baci emphasized that the program is designed to help women pursue their culinary aspirations, providing them with the tools needed to build and sustain professional chef careers.
“The academy’s goal is to develop a new generation of chefs capable of navigating the complexities of the food industry and establishing successful careers in cuisine. The more women we empower to achieve economic stability, the better our society will be,” Baci said.
As part of the program, one participant will win a 2018 Hyundai Sonata, while another will receive N10 million. Other prizes include an iPhone 15, an iPad M1, a Canon EOSR camera, and a one-year supply of Gino, Viva, and Aquafina products. Upon completing the class, participants will earn certification to acknowledge their culinary expertise.
