House Speaker Enjoins Muslims to Promote Love and Harmony

Speaker of the House of Representatives Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila has enjoined Muslims to step up the emulation of the character and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) in their relationships with God and human beings.

 

This came as his message to Muslims as they mark the birth of the Holy Prophet, Maulud Nabiy, today.

 

Prosperous Nigeria
In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Lanre Lasisi, the exhibition of love and peace towards one another as taught by the Holy Prophet Muhammad becomes imperative for building a strong and prosperous Nigeria.

 

Gbajabiamila said peaceful coexistence and the display of love as espoused by the life and teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad would greatly ease the journey towards a better Nigeria, especially, as the country moves into the 2023 electioneering period.

 

Gbajabiamila urged Nigerians to pray for Nigeria and her leaders as he expressed hope that whatever challenges the country was facing could be surmounted with prayers from a united Nigeria.
