The presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in Nigeria, Mr. Peter Obi, says he will transform Nigeria from a consumption country to a productive country, if elected Nigeria’s President in 2023.

Mr. Obi made the statement at a Presidential Dialogue with the leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital.

“Nigerians are not lacking ideas to govern the affairs of the country.
“What is lacking is the political will that can transform the country,” said Obi.
The LP Presidential aspirant and also a one-time Governor of Anambra State said that insecurity and unemployment will be top of his agenda, if Nigerians elected him president in 2023.
The interactive session was organized by the leadership of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) to discuss with the presidential candidates of all the political parties that will be contesting in the 2023 general elections.
