Nigeria’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Yusuf Tuggar, has sent a congratulatory message to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, on the occasion of their Independence Anniversary celebrations.
Tuggar described the occasion as a significant milestone and a testament to Kuwait’s resilience, progress, and commitment to peace and development.
He commended the leadership of Kuwait for fostering stability, economic growth, and regional cooperation.
In a statement signed by the Acting Spokesperson, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kimberly Imomotimi Ebienfa, the Nigeria’s Foreign Affairs Minister noted that: ” Nigeria and Kuwait share a long-standing relationship rooted in mutual respect, cooperation, and shared aspirations for global prosperity. We deeply value the bonds of friendship between our two nations and remain committed to strengthening bilateral ties in areas of mutual interest”.
The Minister reaffirmed Nigeria’s commitment to to strengthenen the ties between the two countries.
“Nigeria stands in solidarity with Kuwait and looks forward to deepening our partnership for the benefit of our people and the broader international community”
He further congratulate the Government of the State of Kuwait on the historic occasion and wished its people continued peace, prosperity, and success in the years ahead.
