As Nigeria celebrates her 63rd independence Anniversary from colonial rule, the Global President, Aviary Club of Nigeria, Mr. Eromosele Odia, has urged citizens to take a moment to reflect on the rich history, culture, and diversity of the nation.

Mr. Odia also said that the values of peace, equality and progress should be upheld.

“As proud Nigerians, it is our responsibility to uphold the democratic values that our forefathers envisioned,” Mr. Odia said.

He also advice all Nigerians to continue to be law-abiding, caring and environmentally conscientious citizens who will help the nation to flourish and prosper.

“Happy Independence Day to all Nigerians! Today, we celebrate our freedom and the birth of our great nation. Let us remember those who fought to secure our independence and those who continue to protect it.

“Let us cherish the unity in our diversity and work together to make our country even stronger.

“May we continue to work together towards a brighter future for our beloved country,” he said.

He prayed for the longevity of Nigeria as it continues to progress.
