Oshoala is due to fly out of Morocco on Thursday after medics at her club, FC Barcelona Feminine, advised that she return to Spain.
The Super Falcons of Nigeria say they are ready to rekindle their campaign for the FIFA World Cup ticket and the WAFCON trophy when they clash with Botswana on Thursday.
The departure of Asisat Oshoala means the vibrant Gift Monday or Mexico-based Uchenna Kanu will get the chance to feature in the starting lineup for the nine-time African champions.
