Intel, AMD Copilot Plus PCs Gain AI Features

Microsoft is expanding its AI features beyond Qualcomm-powered devices, now bringing key features to Copilot Plus PCs equipped with Intel and AMD chips.

One major addition is Live Captions which translates audio into English subtitles in real time from multiple languages—a feature previously tested on Intel and AMD devices in late 2024.

The latest Windows 11 update also includes Cocreator an AI-powered tool in Paint that assists in image generation based on user prompts and sketches.

Microsoft is also enhancing its Photos app with expanded AI editing and image-generation capabilities.

Additionally, Microsoft continues testing Recall, an AI-driven screenshot tool that lets users search through their past activities on Copilot Plus PCs, though its full release remains unconfirmed.

Meanwhile, the company is refining Voice Access for Qualcomm-based Copilot Plus PCs, making voice interactions more flexible and natural.

This update also enables translation of 27 languages into Simplified Chinese, with plans to extend these improvements to Intel and AMD devices in the future.
