Minister of Interior, Dr. Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, has joined the people of Ondo State and Nigerians at large to celebrate the 70th birthday of former Governor of Ondo State, Olusegun Mimiko.
The Minister extolled Dr. Mimiko’s outstanding contributions to Nigeria’s growth and development, particularly his remarkable achievements during his tenure as Governor from 2009 to 2017.
According to the Minister, the former governor’s exemplary leadership and vision transformed the state and left a lasting legacy.
“As we celebrate His Excellency Olusegun Mimiko, we recognize his selfless service and unwavering commitment to our great nation,” said the Minister.
The Minister also extends warm felicitations to Engr. Ade Adetimehin, Ondo State APC Chairman on his birthday, acknowledging his invaluable political contributions to the development of Ondo State and Nigeria.
“The leadership and charisma of Engr Ade Adetimehin has no doubt made a significant impact on our state and great party’s progress, and we are grateful for his tireless efforts.
“The Ministry of Interior wishes Dr. Olusegun Mimiko a happy 70th birthday and Engr. Ade Adetimehin a joyful birthday, with prayers for good health, wisdom, and continued service to Nigeria.”
