Islamic Cleric Calls For Prayers, Hard Work Amid Economic Challenges

The Chief Imam of Ansarudeen Jumu’ah Mosque, Wuse, Abuja, Dr Musa Olaofe, has called on Nigerians to deepen their dependence on Allah, remain steadfast in prayer, and embrace hard work as the nation navigates its current economic challenges. 

The Cleric who stated during his jummuah sermon in Abuja emphasized that the country’s difficulties are temporary and can be overcome through faith, perseverance, and collective effort.  

According to Dr  Olaofe Allah created human beings for a purpose and wants them to depend on Him Whatever challenges they face.

The Imam also urged Nigerians to remain diligent, and proactive and avoid laziness.

While highlighting the need for job creation and enhanced security to enable people especially farmers, to work without fear of violence or kidnapping, Dr Olaofe stressed the need for the government to take decisive steps to alleviate the plight of citizens. 

Dr Olaofe who expressed optimism about the betterment of the country called on Muslims to support the present government while praying for the country’s leaders and reminded Nigerians that a collective effort rooted in faith and diligence remains the key to overcoming Nigeria’s challenges.
