Kaduna Governor Grants Land Ownership Rights To Millennium City Residents

In commemoration of his 54th Birthday, the Kaduna State Governor, Senator Uba Sani has approved the granting of Offer of Statutory Right of Occupancy to those who have purchased un-regularized government land.
It can be recalled that, the occupants of the land in 833c Millennium City, in Chikun LGA of Kaduna State were to lose their title in the area prior to the approval by the Governor.
The Governor in his kind gesture, magnanimously recognizes that they have invested and occupied the area for several years as such, approved the regularization of their titles.
Flagging off the presentation of the offers to those affected, the Management of Kaduna Geographic Information Service, KADGIS presented the letters.
Led by the Director General, Dr. Bashir Garba Ibrahim, they were at the area and went house to house to present the offer letters to each of the claimants.
In their responses towards the Governor’s gesture, the people commended and appreciated him for approving their titles and prayed for the success of his administration.
