Kaduna Lawmaker Provides Business Grants to Constituents

The member representing Jemaa/Sanga Constituency of Kaduna State in the House of Representatives, Mr. Dan Amos has provided business grants to one thousand five hundred of his constituents for investment in their businesses.

 

He urged them to ensure judicious use of the funds totalling N150 million to better themselves.

 

Mr Amos also said that he was committed to doing more to ensure that his constituents always get the best.

 

“Today we are giving N100,000 to 1500 constituents. I appeal to all beneficiaries to go back and encourage the people to use this grant to better their lives.

 

“It is possible to achieve something when you are determined and committed to helping yourself. Today is a foundation upon which we are building a brighter future together. 

 

“I am committed to bringing more projects, more development and more opportunities that would touch every aspect of our lives education, infrastructure, security among others.

 

“We can build the future together. Today is a reminder that when we come together as a people, there’s no limit to what we can achieve. It is an obligation for us to help our people and we would continue to push for their lives to be better,” he said.

 

He also carried out free medical outreach targeting 3000 of his constituents, providing reading glasses, surgeries, cataract surgeries among other services completely free of charge.

 

The lawmaker also pledged to improve the lives of his constituents.
