President Muhammadu Buhari will begin his two-day official visit to Katsina State, North-West Nigeria on Thursday.
During the visit, the Nigerian Leader will inaugurate several projects executed by the Aminu Masari led administration.
The landmark projects include Kofar Kaura Underpass, Kofar Kaura Water Works, Katsina State Internal Revenue House, Meteorological Institute, Darma Rice Mill, Batagarawa and Katsina State General Hospital among others.
The projects are spread across the three Senatorial Districts of the State.
The State government had on Wednesday declared Thursday 26th and Friday 27th January as public holidays to enable citizens of the State give a rousing welcome to President Buhari, who is a distinguished son of Katsina State.
The President had arrived in the State on Wednesday night from Dakar Senegal, where he had participated in the 2nd Darkar Agricultural Summit.
