Kendall Jenner Breaks Silence on Liu Jo Lawsuit

A representative of U. S. Top model Kendall jenner responded to the $1.8 million lawsuit filed against her by Italian fashion brand Liu Jo on Wednesday.

The lawsuit which claims that Jenner has breached the terms of a modelling contract, ‘without merit’s.
The bone of contention is a fashion photo shoot that was delayed by the Corona virus pandemic. In the lawsuit filed by Liu Jo, Jenner has refused to reschedule the shoot.
According to Reuters, in a statement retrieved from a spokes person of the Society Management, Jenner’s agent; The model has “continually offered Liu Jo alternative dates and locations to fulfill an agreement that was forced to be delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic,”
“Jenner has willingly offered to complete services honoring her commitments,” the statement added.
Liu Jo seeks a minimum payment of $1.8 million in damages according to the lawsuit filed in the US district Court in Manhattan on Monday.
The fashion brand however claims that it has not gotten any response from the model and further claims that the top model has accepted another contract from a different brand. Liu Jo said it had even tried to split the cost of the models private flight but was declined.
