The Independent Natoonal Electoral Commission, INEC has adjourned the collation of results in the Off-Cycle Governorship election in Kogi state.
The adjournment came after the collation of Results from 17 Local Government Areas.
The Chief Returning officer, Professor Johnson Urama said the session would resume by 4 pm local time to collate the three remaining results from Ibaji, Lokoja, and Igalamela-Odolu local government areas.
“Results from the three local governments are not here yet. I believe by the time we reconvene by 4 pm, they will be here and ready,” he said
The local Government areas already declared include: Adavi, Ajaokuta, Ankpa, Bassa, Dekina, Idah,, Ijumu, Kabba/Bunu, Mopa, Ofu, Okehi, Okene, Olamaboro, Omala, Yagba East and Yagba West
