While appreciating the acceptance of the Kaduna State Government to host the 12th Meeting of the Council despite a brief notice, Dangiwa praised the State for demonstrating exemplary leadership in housing development.

“I am particularly impressed by the State’s Qatar Sanabil Project, which aims to deliver about 500,000 housing units. This is a laudable feat and testament to the business-friendly environment of Kaduna State that is worthy of emulation,” he expressed.

He commended the high rise in the revenue generation of the State as a result of these achievements, to over ₦ 44 billion per annum despite the lack of amendments to the Land Use Act.
