NAHCON Announces 2026 Hajj Fare Across States

The Chairman of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, Professor Abdullahi Sale Usman, has announced the 2026 Hajj Fare across the States.

This announcement came after thorough consultations with all relevant stakeholders, including the leadership of the Forum of States, and with the approval of the Federal Government,

The 2026 Hajj Fare are as follows:

1. Borno State, Adamawa, Yobe, and Taraba Northeast zone will pay; Eight Million, One hundred and eighteen thousand, thirty-three naira, sixty-seven kobo N8,118,33.67

2. Other Northern States will pay; Eight Million, two hundred and fourty four thousand, eight hundred and thirteen naira, sixty seven kobo N8,244,813.67

3. Southern States will pay; Eight Million, five hundred and sixty one thousand, thirteen naira, sixty seven kobo N8,561,013.67

Compared to what was charged last year, this year, each pilgrim is to pay an average of two hundred thousand naira less.

Meanwhile, the NAHCON delegation, signed an agreement with the 2026 Hajj Service Provider Company (Mashareeq Al-Zahabiyya) and the Transportation Company (Daleel Al-Ma’aleem) for a smooth 2026 Hajj operation for Nigerian intending pilgrims.

The Chairman/CEO, Professor Abdullahi urged all intending pilgrims to complete their payment before 31st December, 2025
