Artificial intelligence has emerged as a contentious issue between the two countries in recent years.
The United States has imposed several rounds of sanctions on China’s AI and semiconductor sectors, citing concerns over the potential military applications of these technologies.
Washington argues that such measures are necessary to hinder China’s advancements in this area.
The NCUSCR, a non-profit advisory organisation, continues to advocate for constructive dialogue and cooperation between the two global powers amidst ongoing tensions in the AI sector.
