The Director General, National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, Mustapha Ahmed has received a Letter of Commendation and Award of Excellence from the national SERVICOM office.
The Letter of Commendation signed by the National Coordinator/CEO SERVICOM, Mrs Nnenna Akajemeli
and addressed to the Director General NEMA, reads in part that “the entire staff of SERVICOM Office of the President commend your unwavering interest and commitment to improve, customer focused service delivery in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
“We are indeed encouraged by your inspiring strive in ensuring that Nigerians receive quality and timely service from the Nigerian State.”
“We shall continue to count on your support and cooperation as a key stakeholder in the provision of satisfactory services to all citizens in the realisation of the essence of Governance,” the letter reads.
In a related development, the SERVCOM Unit of NEMA has been presented with the Award of Excellence for being the 2023 Most Improved PSU (Parastatal Servicom Unit).
Responding, NEMA DG, Mustapha Ahmed appreciated SERVICOM for the recognition and assured it that the management under his leadership would sustain the gains and further improve on the quality of services rendered by the Agency.
NEMA had recently inaugurated the SERVICOM Unit and conducted training of staff on delivery of servicom charter in the Agency.
The Letter and Award were presented to the DG NEMA, by the Director, Special Duties, Hajiya Fatima Suleiman Kasim who had taken delivery of them from the SERVICOM Office.
