NFF Reappoints Chris Danjuma As Falconets Head Coach
Following a screening and interview process by the Technical Committee of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Christopher Danjuma has been reappointed as the Head Coach of the U-20 Women’s National Team, the Falconets.
The committee submitted its recommendation and the same has been approved by the NFF Executive Committee according to a statement issued on Wednesday.

Danjuma led the Falconets to the quarter-finals of the 2022 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup finals in Costa Rica.
He will be assisted by former U-20 and U-17 girls’ assistant coach Mansur Abdullahi and former Super Falcons midfielder, Effioanwan Ekpo.
The Falconets will begin its 2024 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup qualifying campaign with a second-round first-leg encounter against Mauritius in Saint Pierre on October 8th, 2023.
The return leg is scheduled to take place at the MKO Abiola Stadium in Abuja on October 14th, 2023.
