Niger State reaffirms commitment to partner with Federal establishments

The Niger State Government in North central Nigeria has reaffirmed its readiness to partner with Federal Establishments domiciled in the State for development and employment generation.

The Secretary to the State government, Alhaji Ibrahim Matane stated this in an interface with the Heads of Federal Establishments in the State held at the Federal Secretariat, Minna the Niger state Capital on Thursday.

Matane in a statement by Lawal Tanko an information Officer, expressed optimism that ”the interface would enhance the synergy and good working relationship between Federal Establishments and the State Government.”

He assured the Heads of Federal Establishments of Government’s support, stressing that ”the present administration led by Governor Abubakar Sani Bello will fill in the gaps created due to lack of regular interaction with them.”

The Chairman, Heads of Federal Establishments in Niger State, Mr. Yakubu Inuwa, who seek for a robust relationship with the State Government, enumerated some challenges confronting Federal Establishments to the SSG.

He however implored the State Government to look at the Challenges with a view to proffering solutions.

The Secretary to the Niger state government, Ibrahim Matane was accompanied to the Federal Secretariat by the Permanent Secretaries, General Services, Musa Rogo Ibrahim, Economic Affairs, Hussaini T. Ahmed and Special Duties, Mr Gyiwodeyi Francis.
