Niger State signs MoU with Turkey on agro allied businesses

The Niger State government in North Central Nigeria, has signed a biletral agreement with the Turkish government on agro allied businesses.

The spokesperson of the State Governor, Mary Berje said the signing of bilateral agreement with the Turkish businessmen was held in Abuja, Nigeria’s Capital City.

Governor Sani Bello of Niger State had attended a Turkish -Nigeria Business Congress in Istanbul, last year, where the potentials of the state was showcased in other to woo investors to the state.

“The desire for a rapid industrial transformation in the state has propelled the Governor to have a conglomeration of industries at Garam Park,” Mary Berje said.

The Governor had assured the Turkish government that he would ensure conducive environment for the partnership to take place.

The Turkish business men representativ, Mr Ekrem Yuce said they are ready and willing to partner and bring development to Niger State .
