Nigeria Military commends Hajj Commission on preparation

The Nigerian Armed Forces has commended the Nigerian Hajj Commission and says it will continue to operate within the regulations put in place by Commission.

This was disclosed by the leader of the Nigerian Armed forces Hajj group,  Brigadier General S.G. Mustapha while receiving NAHCON’s Inspection Team in Bonny Camp of the Nigerian Army in Lagos South west Nigeria.

Brigadier General Mustapha , who is also the Director Islamic Affairs of the Nigerian Army, noted that the support and guidance from the Commission in the past had tremendous impact in their activities.

The Deputy Director, States and Zones,of the Hajj commission, Alidu Shutti who led the Inspection team reiterated that the Commission embarked on the exercise in compliance with the NAHCON Establishment Act, 2006.

The Hajj commission delegation was in Bonny Camp of the Nigerian Army in the process of Hajj license application by the Armed forces Hajj Group .

The team was received by Officers from the Directorate of Islamic Affairs of Nigerian Army, Nigerian Navy and Nigerian Air force among others  on the need for all service providers to have a valid license from the Commission.
